    We provide a choice of shipping options for your convenience. We recommend tracked and insured postage; however, cheaper options are available. If customers choose a non-tracked/insured option then Fizz Fairy is not liable for products that are sent out by us but not received by the customer. It will be the customers responsibility to contact the carrier  to resolve any issues.

     

    Standard charge DOES NOT include tracking, signed for or insurance

    Tracking option DOES NOT include signed for or insurance

    Tracking and signed for includes tracking, signed for at destination and full insurance of the contents

    If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

    Returns
    You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
    Please contact us prior to sending any product back.

    Refunds
    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

    You will receive the credit within 3-7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

    Shipping
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
